Posted by: NOLEADLINESDate: May/27/06 - 16:21 (GMT)Perhaps someone may be able to help me solve a problem trying to install R-13. I have had it on the computer before and removed it due to some Internet problems, thus resulting in the format of the hard drive.
I did have a partition on the drive as before and re-installed Windows 95 on the computer. Windows seems to be operating OK, as I preformed several checks on the system. I then tried to re-install Auto-cad R-13 and the installation seamed to go OK to the finish. Problem is that when I select the Auto-cad icon to run the program it starts to load and launch but then I get a Auto-cad window that pops up and reads,INTERNAL ERROR: Sequence error reading initial allocation listDirectly below this message here is a box with 'OK' in it. If I click on the box it will just dump me out of the program and it will not launch.

I now have decided to remove the partition as previously installed and run with non on the hard drive which is 3.8 GB. I have still encountered the same problem trying to launch ACAD after it is loaded onto the computer. The computer is a P5-166 system. There are no other programs loaded on the system, and it is a stand alone, not connected to the internet.
Any suggestions?
