I really need help! I had a problem with nokia xpress (it didn't work, message poping up when I tried to use it was that the service was unavailable at the moment - for two days) so i tried restoring factory setting everything went wrong. Even though Ibacked up my phone using Nokia Suite 3.48.48 when I tried to restore nothing was ok.half of my application did't work like whatsapp, twitter etc.and i could not even download them again b(invalid application or something like that), main settings (likethemes) were unreachable.there were some strange two themes on the phone, not the original nokia themes.and one of them was invalid too. Also, my messages are messed up, when I open my conversations all I can see is the messages I sent.so basicall nownothing works!
I just tried to reinstall the software, but that didn't help. Anyone knows what to do? Right now I cannto acces internet from my phone because when i opet the menu the icon for the internet does not work.i click it and nothing, even thou othericons work properly.please, pleaseeee help!
The software of your phone needs to be reinstalled at Nokia care centre.Proof of purchase might be required and may charge if the phone is not under warranty.After this, you can restore from the backup which you have. Apps and games will not work, if they are downloaded using default browser.Better only use Nokia store app and if downloading from other websites, use UC browser and rename abcjar file to abc.jar to use them. Such java apps downloaded using UC browser will work even after hard reset.Hope this helps.

Yeah, thanks.the thing is that in my country (at least that's what i've read on nokia support page) there is no nokia care center.and I've got the phone as a bday present from a friend in Abu-Dhabi.so I guess the only solution is to send it back toher to take it to the care center. Do you by any chance know how long the warranty is valid. I got my phone 11 months ago.should it still be valid (and that's in case i find the certificate).this is so annoying.thank you for your time and effort to answer.
